This notice explains how the public Mister Co website, assessment request form, and free worksheet handle information.

What this covers

Mister Co is Blake's AI coaching, automation, and custom software business. This website provides information, educational downloads, a browser-based Opportunity Map, and a way to request an assessment. An assessment request is not a newsletter subscription or a payment.

When you request an assessment

We receive the name, email address, optional business name, and message you submit. We use these details to understand your request, respond, and arrange a conversation if appropriate. The form records your consent to being contacted about the request, the time, a receipt identifier, and notification status. It does not automatically send your Opportunity Map answers.

Requests are stored in Convex. A notification is sent through Resend to Blake's business correspondence inbox so he can follow up. A successful form receipt means your request was saved; it does not mean a meeting has been booked or an email has reached its destination.

The website schedules removal of inquiry records after 90 days. Notification emails and later correspondence are separate copies governed by the email provider and inbox settings; the website's cleanup does not delete those copies. Contact us if you would like to ask about or remove information you provided.

To limit spam, the service checks submission timing, a hidden spam field, and request limits. It uses salted, one-way keyed hashes derived from IP addresses and email addresses for rate limits. It does not store raw IP addresses in the inquiry database. Rate-limit records are scheduled for removal after 30 days. These checks are used to protect the form, not for advertising.

Your Opportunity Map stays in your browser

The Opportunity Map uses fixed suggestions based on your selections. It does not call an AI service. Your selections and generated plan are held in page memory, are not sent to Mister Co, and are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed.

Saving a plan or downloading a resource creates a file on your device. The website does not receive the contents of that file. Keep or delete your local copy as you prefer.

The website does not install advertising scripts, third-party analytics, tracking cookies, or local-storage identifiers. Interface events stay in the browser rather than being sent to an analytics service. The assessment form sends information only when you submit it.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare Pages hosts this public website and serves its request endpoint. Convex stores and processes assessment requests. Resend processes notification email, and the receiving email service stores the delivered message. These providers may process connection and operational information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details, and timestamps, for delivery and security. Provider log and email retention are separate from the website's inquiry cleanup.

Links to reference material lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Opening a source link does not send your Opportunity Map answers with it.

Share only what is needed

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, confidential client records, or other sensitive information through the assessment form. A brief description of your business and the work you want help with is enough.

Privacy questions

We will update this notice when the website's practices change. It does not describe every future Mister Co service or replace the terms of a separate client agreement.
