These terms describe the public Mister Co website and its free educational resources. Paid work and client agreements are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement.

Use the resources in your business

You may download, print, copy, and adapt the original free Mister Co worksheets, checklists, and task briefs for your own personal or internal business use. You may share links to this library.

Please do not resell the materials as your own standalone product, imply that Mister Co endorsed your version, or reuse the Mister Co name or logo to suggest an affiliation. Third-party resources linked from this site remain subject to their owners' terms.

Requesting an assessment

Sending an assessment request starts a conversation. A receipt confirms that the request was saved; it does not reserve a meeting time, purchase a service, or create an ongoing coaching engagement. Blake will use the contact details you provide to respond about your request. A meeting is arranged separately.

Reading the website, generating an Opportunity Map, or downloading a resource does not create a paid engagement. Scope, fees, responsibilities, contracting details, and any confidentiality arrangements should be agreed separately in writing.

Use judgment and review the work

The resources are general educational aids. They are not legal, tax, financial, security, or compliance advice, and they do not promise a particular business outcome or amount of time saved.

AI-generated material can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important facts, protect information you are responsible for, and seek qualified advice where the situation requires it. Follow your organization's rules and the terms of any tool you choose to use.
